The beauty of being in Malaysia is that you can sample traditional cuisines from different cultures – and the best part is, you can get halal versions of almost any dish ?

With the Chinese lunar new year just around the corner, it’s time to enjoy Yee Sang (or also known as Yusheng)! ? For the uninitiated, Yee Sang is a traditional appetizer dish made up of shredded vegetables in a myriad of colours and raw fish. This signature dish is surprisingly only well known in Malaysia and Singapore. Gather your family and friends for a feast!
